These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to MHP Metrics, a service operated by MYHOME PREMIUM LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. Service scope
MHP Metrics provides operational analytics for seller-authorized marketplace accounts. Depending on the approved scope, the service may organize sales, inventory, fulfillment, settlement, advertising, and related operational data into reports, alerts, and reviewable recommendations.
The current service is designed for analysis and operator review. It does not make unreviewed changes to seller or advertiser accounts. Features may be introduced only after the relevant technical, authorization, and security controls are ready.
2. Access and eligibility
Access is not self-service. It may be provided to entities under a documented internal, affiliate, service, or management arrangement after eligibility and authorization are reviewed. We may decline, limit, or delay access where authority, security, account ownership, or intended use cannot be verified.
3. Account authorization
- You must have the legal authority to authorize every seller or advertiser account connected to the service.
- You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for protecting your sign-in methods and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
- You must not provide passwords, one-time codes, cookies, access tokens, or other secrets through ordinary support email.
- You may revoke marketplace authorization through the applicable account controls or request assistance from us.
4. Data ownership and permitted use
The relevant seller or advertiser retains ownership and control of its marketplace data. You grant us only the limited right to process authorized data to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service. We do not acquire ownership of seller data and do not sell authorized marketplace data.

5. Acceptable use
You must not use MHP Metrics to:
- Access an account or data without valid authority.
- Collect, infer, expose, or misuse buyer personally identifiable information.
- Resell, publish, benchmark, or share marketplace data outside its permitted business purpose.
- Bypass security controls, probe another workspace, disrupt the service, or introduce harmful code.
- Misrepresent affiliation, approval, performance, account ownership, or legal authority.
- Use the service in violation of applicable law or the rules governing the connected marketplace account.
6. Fees and access plans
Public access is not currently sold through a self-service checkout. Evaluation access may be offered at USD 0 for an approved scope. Any paid access, onboarding, or support arrangement is quoted in USD and must be confirmed in writing before activation. Current access information appears on the Pricing page.
7. Service operation
We aim to operate the service responsibly but do not promise uninterrupted availability, specific business outcomes, advertising performance, sales results, or inventory outcomes. Marketplace reports may be delayed, revised, incomplete, or affected by connected systems. Users remain responsible for validating information and approving business decisions.
8. Confidentiality and security
Each party will use reasonable care to protect non-public information received from the other and will use it only for the documented service purpose. Security and incident reports should be sent to support@mhpmetrics.com.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and revoke authorization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where authorization expires, fees under a written arrangement remain unresolved, security is at risk, these Terms are breached, or continued processing would be unlawful.
On termination, we stop the relevant processing and delete authorized business data according to the retention and deletion section of the Privacy Policy, subject to legal obligations and normal backup cycles.
10. Intellectual property and trademarks
MHP Metrics, its interface, documentation, and original software are owned by or licensed to MYHOME PREMIUM LIMITED. These Terms do not transfer those rights. MHP Metrics is not affiliated with Amazon, Inc. Amazon is referenced only to describe the marketplace on which authorized users operate. No endorsement, certification, or partnership is implied.
11. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed results. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith. Any unresolved dispute is subject to the courts of Hong Kong, unless a written service agreement states otherwise.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be revised. Material changes affecting an active service arrangement will be communicated through the available business contact.
